Importing automated test scripts from a shared location

You can import references to multiple automated test scripts from a shared location on your network.

Before you begin

Note: Before you can import scripts from a shared location, an administrator must make the shared resources available.

Procedure

To import automated test scripts from a shared location:

  1. In the main menu, click Construction > Import > Test Scripts.
  2. Select one of the following test script types:
    • DevOps Test Performance
    • DevOps Test UI
    • DevOps Test Performance for SOA Quality
  3. Select Use test resources from a shared location.
  4. Click Browse.
  5. Select a Test Plan if the resource has been added to a test plan or leave Test Plan unassigned.
  6. Select the test scripts from the list of files in the shared resource location.
  7. Select a shared location from the list.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Import.
  10. To confirm that your test scripts are created, go to the main menu and click Construction > Browse > Test Scripts.
