Browser cache issues

Problem: Occasionally, the browser is unable to display newly updated values because of cache issues.

Solution: Clear your browser cache. This scenario is an example of when you need to clear your browser cache:
  1. Open a test plan.
  2. Go to the Test Environment section.
  3. Choose a platform coverage.
  4. Click Lab Management > Customize Catalog and create several more lab management catalogs under Software. When there are no browser cache problems, the new status is reflected if anyone is accessing the catalog.
  5. In the test plan under Test Environment section, click the pencil icon in Platform coverage.

When there are browser cache issues, the new lab management catalogs are not displayed. To resolve the issue, log out and log again or refresh the browser.
