Scaled Agile Framework 5.0 Engineering Test Management process templates

Engineering Test Management is a key aspect of the SAFe® methodology, it prescribes to build quality in the end-to-end change lifecycle process. Further, the concept of quality is much more broad in a lean and agile environment; it articulates the concept of outcome-based as well as functional quality of delivered capabilities and features to ensure improved value to customers and to the business.

SAFe® 5.0 supports two configurations. Engineering Test Management provides process templates to help you align and demonstrate validation across all the configurations:

• Essential: Program level and Team level
• Full: Portfolio level and Large Solution level

You can use each template to create a Engineering Test Management project area that includes the necessary roles, artifact templates and categories, and dashboard for that configuration.
