Performing a quick search of test artifacts

You can use the Type Filter Text text box to perform a quick search of test artifacts.

1. Open a view that display a list of test artifacts.

   For example, to view test cases, go to the main menu and click Construction > Browse > Test Cases.

   
2. Optional: In the Items per page box, select Show All or select as large a number of items as makes sense.
3. Type the search text in the Type Filter Text field.

   The search results are displayed immediately. To re-display the full list of artifacts, click the Clear Filter Text icon.

Example

• Type an ID number to search by ID.
• Type a category name, such as a particular product, release, or iteration.
