Managing the export job queue

Use these steps to view and manage the export job queue.

To complete this task, you must have the following permissions:
  • Export to CSV
  • Export to PDF
    • Editors
    • Table views

About this task

The Manage Export Job Queue shows a list of recent PDF and CSV export jobs in the current project area. From this page you can view the status of your recent export jobs, open completed PDFs, download completed CSV files, cancel active jobs, or remove any of your recent jobs from the list. If you are logged in as a user with Administer Print Job permissions, you can also view, cancel, or remove jobs that belong to other users in the current project area. Procedure

  1. Click the Export to PDF icon (Export to PDF), and select View Export Job Queue.
    The Manage Export Job Queue page opens and lists the jobs in the queue for the current user.
  2. If you are logged in as a user with Administer Print Job permissions, select Show All Export Jobs to list the current jobs for all users in the current project area.
  3. For each job in the list, look at the Status column to view the status of the job. Export jobs can have the following status values:
    • Queued (Attempted)
    • In Progress (In Progress)
    • Completed (Complete)
    • Completed with Errors (Export Job Completed with Errors)
    • Failed (Error)
    • Canceled (Export Job Canceled)
  4. Select export jobs in the list, and do one of the following things:
    • Click Auto refresh setting Auto print queue refresh setting) to change the default value of 4 seconds for an automatic page refresh.
    • Click Cancel Export Job (Cancel Export Job) to cancel a job that is in progress.
    • Click Delete Export Job (Remove) to remove a job from the list.
    • Click Refresh (Refresh) to update the list of export jobs.
