Registering on the IBM support portal
You must be a registered user on the IBM® Support website to download fixes and to submit a problem online to IBM Support Portal.
- Open the IBM Support Portal website.
- Click the Profile icon, , and click Create an IBMid.
ibm.comsign-in page, type your username and password. If you do not have an
ibm.comuser, click Create an IBMid.
Complete the IBMid registration form.
Note: The email address that you specify in the form is your user name or IBMid.
- Click Continue.
- Complete the user information form.
Click Sign up for an IBMid.
A confirmation page displays to verify the completion of the registration.
After the registration is complete, you can sign in to the IBM Support Portal website with your IBMid and password.
