Overview
IBM® Engineering Integration Hub extends the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) solution with integrations to an extensive number of tools from other vendors. Customers are able to practice ELM in a diverse lifecycle tools environment, allowing them to use the current lifecycle tools investments.
IBM Engineering Integration Hub enables data flows, data visibility, traceability, and collaboration across heterogeneous lifecycle tools and the teams that use them, and thereby helps organizations to implement their digital threads. The tool supports three styles of integration including:
- Bidirectional synchronization with out-of-the-box and point-and-click configuration.
- Gateway integration, providing one-way event-triggered artifact creation or modification.
- Enterprise data stream, which will pull artifact information from all of the tools connected to IBM Engineering Integration Hub.
Integrations exist between IBM Engineering Workflow Management, IBM Engineering Test Management, IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS®, and IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next with over 60 tools. Following is a list of some representative vendors:
