In this lesson, you save the Traceability: feature - test
environment view that you created and modified in the previous lessons, and then run it
to see how the team members run the view. After you confirm that the view shows all the artifacts
that are relevant to your project, you can share the view with your team.
Procedure

Save the Traceability: feature - test environment that you created and
modified in the previous lessons.
Views are saved in the My views folder.

To run the view, go to , and click Traceability: feature - test environment.

Share the view with your team.
Go to , select the Traceability: feature - test environment view, and
click
Move or Copy selected views. In the dialog box, select the move option.
Specify where to save the view in the Shared views folder, and click
Ok.
Remember: Access of moving and deleting views is restricted. Only
view creators can complete the following operations:
- Move views from the Shared views folder and its subfolders to other
locations (My views and subfolders of Shared views
folder).
- Delete views from the Shared views folder and its subfolders.
If you are not a view creator and try to move or delete the views, an error message is
shown.
Results
The Traceability: feature - test environment view is now saved in the
Shared views folder, and team members can run the view to trace the
relationships among features, test cases, test results, and test environments. Team members can use
the view to focus on specific artifacts, by selecting specific nodes, and running dependency
analysis.
