Filtering by tags

You can quickly filter the assets that are based on tags.

About this task

To filter the reports, schedules, or export results based on a tag, complete the following steps:

1. In any view that includes a Tags column, locate the tag that you want to filter on.
   • If you do not see the tags column, you can add it. For more information, see Customizing columns.
2. Click a single tag. The results in the current view are filtered based on the selected tag.
   • To display the filter inputs for each column in the table, click the Filter icon. In the Tags column, you see the tag that you selected.
3. To clear the tag filter, use one of the following methods:
   • Click the Clear all filters button next to the Search bar.
   • Click the Filter icon to display the filter inputs for each column in the table. The tag you selected appears in the Tags column filter. Click the Clear filter icon to remove it.
