Viewing and managing local configurations in Engineering Lifecycle Management applications
Managing configurations in the Engineering Test Management and IBM DOORS® Next applications in IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management includes creating streams and baselines for teams, managing change sets (RM only) and delivering changes to different streams, and archiving configurations when teams no longer work on them.
Before you begin
- Ensure that you are familiar with project areas, components (if supported), baselines, streams, and change sets (if supported).
- Configuration management capabilities must be enabled for the project.

To complete configuration administration tasks, click Administration
> Manage Components and Configurations.
Although the Architecture Management (AM) application and the source control management (SCM)
feature in the Engineering Workflow Management application use similar terminology (such as
workspaces, streams, baselines, components, and change sets) for
