Migrating from tags to folders in new user experience
Organizing reports by folders help you to group the reports as per your requirement and use your reports efficiently. It also keeps the root level clean and responsive. However, you can still organize your reports by tags.
In the reports listing page, group the reports with tags based on user names or project and move them into folders.
- In the Reports page, click the Create list
and click Folder. A blank row is created in the reports table.
- In the reports table, under the Name column, in the Enter folder name box, type a folder name.
- Select the reports that you want to group and move into a folder, and click Move .
- Search for the destination folder or select the folder, and click Move.
