Pop-up blocker preventing Global Configuration Management or IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management login
Your browser blocks pop-up dialogs that you need to log in to the Global Configuration Management (GCM) application or IBM® Engineering Lifecycle Management.
Problem
Blocking typically occurs on a remote system in a federated environment, where the GCM and Link Index Provider (LDX) applications are on a different Jazz Team Server server than the Requirements Management (RM) and Quality Management (QM) applications.
Solution
The browser typically notifies you about making an exception for GCM or Engineering Lifecycle Management. If you suspect blocked pop-ups are preventing you from logging in to GCM or Engineering Lifecycle Management, disable the pop-up blocker according to your browser documentation, and then try logging in again.
