Troubleshooting IBM Engineering Workflow Management ISPF client PassTicket support

This section provides information to help you troubleshoot problems with the IBM® Engineering Workflow Management ISPF client PassTicket setup.

Check the following items to ensure that they are correct:
  1. The BLZPASTK module is defined in the PTKTDATA list. For more information, see the _ISPF_DAEMON_APPLID=BLZAPPL definition in ISPF daemon configuration file (ispfdmn.conf).
  2. The PTKTDATA RACF class is activated. For more information, see Build System Toolkit RACF classes in Security for the Build System Toolkit and Rational Build Agent on z/OS systems.
  3. The SBLZAUTH is defined in the LNKLST definitions or included on a STEPLIB DD statement in the LOGON procedure. For more information, see the LNKLST definitions in PROGxx section under PARMLIB changes in Installation information for z/OS system programmers.
  4. The SBLZAUTH data set is APF-authorized. If SBLZAUTH is on SMS, you must use the SMS parm on the SETPROG APF,ADD command. If SBLZAUTH is not on SMS, you must use the VOLUME=xxxxxx format on the SETPROG APF,ADD command. The SETPROG command does not give you any indication that a problem exists if you do not use the correct parameters.
