Module 3: Stabilize the sprint

This module explores how a team can use dashboards, release plan views, and lifecycle traceability queries to determine the status of the application that is being developed. By customizing the feature and release team dashboards, everyone (team members, product owners, testers, and executives) can view the remaining work.

A goal of every iteration is to produce a working milestone build, so the focus shifts to team leads to guide the iteration toward closure.
