Importing process descriptions
You can import a process description into a project area or team area, and you can export a process description so that it can be used by other project areas and team areas.
Before you begin
Procedure
To import a process description:
- Navigate to the Project Areas page in the administrative web interface. See Logging in for project administrators and team leads (web).
- In the list of active project areas, click a project area to open it in the project area editor. To import a process description into a team area, click the team area that is listed in the Team Area Hierarchy section.
- Click the Process Description tab.
- Click Import a process description. Click Browse and navigate to the archive file for the process description that you want to import. Click OK.
