  2. Click Save. After you initially save the dashboard, it is populated with a set of widgets.
Exception: The default dashboard is empty for cross-project plans and any plan type that is deprecated.
Depending on the plan type, a dashboard might contain these widgets:
    Team Members
Displays a list of contributors and roles that belong to a team or a project area. By default, this widget is displayed in the product backlog, or release plan, and the iteration plan, or phase plan.
    Cumulative Value Flow

    Plans
Displays the total estimated time that is specified for all of the closed work items. This widget also divides the total estimated time by the total actual time that is spent on all of the closed work items. By default, this widget is displayed in the product backlog (release plan).
    Estimated Vs Actual Work
Displays the overall progress for development plans for one or more teams in a specified iteration. By default, this widget is displayed in the iteration plan (phase plan).
  3. Optional: Customize the plan dashboard by adding more widgets. For more information about adding, configuring, and deleting widgets, see Adding and configuring widgets.
Tip: You can copy and paste widgets across plan dashboards, and between plan dashboards and regular dashboards.
