Using access groups to control access to artifacts
To restrict access to specific work items and source control artifacts, you can define access groups that can consist of members of project areas, team areas, and specific users.
From within a work item, you can set the Restricted Access field to an access group. Only members of that access group, and users who have JazzAdmins repository group permissions, can then access that work item. A user must have read access to the project area to which the work item belongs to access the work item. If a user belongs to the access group that is specified in the Restricted Access field of a work item but does not have read access to the project area, that user cannot access that work item.
From within the Source Control user interfaces, you can limit access to streams, components, repository workspaces, files, and folders to members of an access group.
