Lesson 1.3: Plan the test effort

In this lesson, you ensure that all test cases are created and linked to the story in the sprint plan. You also verify that the test cases are linked to the requirement. Then, testers can view the requirements and implementation of the story, which helps them test the feature.

About this task

Tanuj responds to the task to implement the test case, locates the test case, and links it to the requirement. The test case for the new requirement, Allocate Dividends To Multiple Causes, has not been scoped. A quality management deep dive is required to further explore the construction of the test case.

After completing this lesson, you will learn how to complete these tasks:

  • Respond to a task to implement a test case that is related to a story on the sprint plan.
  • Link a test case to a requirement.
