Using the IBM® Support Assistant Lite to gather diagnostic information
The IBM Support Assistant Lite utility collects information about your Jazz® Team Server environment and stores the information in a .zip archive file. You can then send the archive file to IBM Support so that they can help diagnose and fix problems.
