Troubleshooting the Jazz Team Server setup wizard
There are several actions you can take if the server setup wizard does not load.

Procedure
- Use the following URL to verify that the application server has started: http://example.com:9080.
- Verify that Jazz® Team Server has started by logging in to the Administrative Web user interface at this URL: https://example.com:9443/jts/admin. If the page does not load or the server has errors, the server did not start correctly. See the troubleshooting information in the Troubleshooting server issues section of this guide.
- The URI root for the Jazz Team Server path
should be
/jts
. For example https://example.com:9443/jts must be used, rather than https://example.com:9443.
