Linking GitLab Merge Requests to work items

To link a merge request to one or more EWM work items, you must specify the work items in the merge request description. The work item references use a specific format: the comment contains certain keywords followed by the work item numbers. The format is keyword wi-num. Supported keywords are rtcwi, work item, and workitem.

The merge request links are available under the Pull Requests section in the Links tab of the work item. You can view the details of the merge request by hovering on it. Clicking the link navigates the browser to the merge request page in GitLab.
