Repository tools command to remove a patch fix from all ELM applications on the server

Purpose

The patchRevertGlobal command removes a patch fix from all ELM applications on the server and reverts to the previous patch fix. You can use this command only once after you run the patchApplyGlobal command on the server. The reason for this single use is because the patchApplyGlobal command stores a backup copy of only the current configuration before the new patch fix is applied.

You can use the patchRevertGlobal command to revert patches that were applied by using the patchApplyGlobal command. The command has no effect on patches that were applied by using the patchApplyApp command.

You can use this command whether the server is running or not. If the server is running, you must restart it to remove the current patch fix and revert to the previous patch fix. You do not need to reset the server to clear the cache before you restart it.
