Uninstalling Publishing Document Builder on WebSphere Application Server

You can uninstall interim fixes for Publishing Document Builder that are deployed on the WebSphere Application Server.

Procedure

  1. Locate the rpeng.war file in the original Publishing Document Builder installation.
  2. In the WebSphere Application Server Admin Console, click Applications > Application Types > WebSphere enterprise applications, select the rpeng_war checkbox, and then click Stop to stop the Publishing Document Builder.
  3. Select the rpeng_war checkbox and then click Update to update the rpeng_war file.
  4. Select Replace the entire application, browse to the new rpeng.war file in the original installation location, and then click Next.
  5. Accept all the default values during the installation.
  6. After the update is complete, save the configuration changes when prompted.
  7. Select the rpeng_war checkbox and then click Start to start the Publishing Document Builder.
