Introduction to the Deployment wiki

The Deployment wiki provides deployment-specific information and guidance for Rational® products that extends beyond the basic product and support documentation.

The scope of the wiki is the full range of product sets and solutions, but it focuses on advice for those that are most commonly deployed. The wiki assembles deployment information from many locations into a single community-developed and community-managed knowledge base.

The wiki provides more specific information about deployment situations and scenarios than the general information in the product help, and includes the following sections:

• Installing, upgrading, and migrating
• Integrating
• Configuring and tuning
• Monitoring
• Troubleshooting
• Field guidance and customer experience

Community members are encouraged to participate in the wiki by commenting on topics and by applying to become contributors.
