Integrating EWM and Rational Synergy

You can link IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) work items with Rational Synergy tasks.

The Rational Synergy for Team Concert Interface includes a connector bridge, which lets you create and traverse links between Synergy tasks and EWM work items. The use of this bridge is fully compatible with the use of Rational Change. Therefore, you can use the three products as follows:

  • Rational Change for change management
  • Rational Synergy for software configuration management
  • EWM for planning, collaboration, and managing projects by using dashboards
