Integrating EWM and Engineering Method Composer
You can configure IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) and IBM Engineering Lifecycle Optimization - Method Composer (Engineering Method Composer) to enable a complete process management and enactment solution.
This integration enables users to perform the following tasks:
- Create EWM plans and work items that are based on a process that is defined in Engineering Method Composer.
- Get process guidance from within work items. For example, while users are creating or updating work items, they can display information that describes the available work item types and the state transition model for each type.
- Include process RSS news feeds on dashboards that provide role, task and deliverable guidance.
