Configuring process enforcement for Git Push operations in Bitbucket

To configure process enforcement for Git Push operations, create a pre-receive hook in the Git repository in Bitbucket, and set permissions and preconditions in the IBM® Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) project area.

A shared user base is mandatory for process enforcement through pre-receive hooks.

You must deploy a pre-receive hook for each Git repository to enforce process preconditions and permissions for Git push operations.

You must register every Git repository with EWM and configure the Git repository with EWM-specific configuration variables to enforce process preconditions and permissions for Git push operation. See Configuring the basic integration with Bitbucket.
