Configuring fallback to application authentication in WebSphere Application Server with SPNEGO

You can configure WebSphere® Application Server with SPNEGO to permit fall back to application authentication.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the WebSphere Application Server Integrated Solutions Console.
  2. Click Security > Global Security > Web and SIP security > SPNEGO web authentication.
  3. Select the Allow fall back to application authentication mechanism check box.
