Restoring archived project areas and team areas

You can restore archived project areas and team areas. Restoring a project area or team area moves it from the archived state to the active state.

1. Navigate to the Project Areas page in the administrative web interface. See Logging in for project administrators and team leads (web).
2. Perform one of the following steps:
   • To restore a project area, click Archived Project Areas. In the Actions column, click , the Restore Project Area icon, for the project area that you want to restore.
   • To restore a team area, click Active Project Areas. Click the project area that contains the archived team area that you want to restore. In the Team Area Hierarchy section, click , the Show Archived icon. Click , the Restore Team Area icon, for the team area that you want to restore.

Results

The project area that you restore now appears on the Active Project Areas page instead of on the Archived Project Areas page. The team area that you restore now appears as active in the Team Area Hierarchy section.
