Running an agent on Windows
The agent is typically installed as a service and is set to Auto so that it starts when you turn on the computer.
You must be logged on to the computer where the agent is installed to start and stop it.
To start and stop the agent, you can use the Start menu:
- To start the agent, click .
- To stop the agent, click .
You can also use the following commands at a command prompt:
net start bfagentnet stop bfagent
