Fixing a converter issue while using the server in headless mode on a Linux system
On Linux systems, an error might occur when you start the DOORS® Next server from a command line (headless mode).
Problem
DOORS Next includes a converter that visually renders graphical artifacts, such as business process diagrams, use case diagrams, parts, sketches, storyboards, and screen flows. The converter runs on the server. When you start the DOORS Next server in headless, or console, mode on a Linux system, the action silently fails and the CRRRW8010E error message is displayed.Solution
Before you can start the server, terminate the Java process and take remedial action. For more information, seeTroubleshooting CRRRW8010E A server error prevented the generation of the contentIBM® Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next converter application.
