Defining RIMBs

To implement an atomic software component (SWC) type, you must define Rhapsody® implementation blocks (RIMBs) and then instantiate them as parts under the software component type.

A Rhapsody implementation block is a class whose instances are used to implement AUTOSAR application software components. This type of implementation block is a special AUTOSAR class; it bridges the AUTOSAR domain and the Rhapsody UML domain.
