Examining filenames of units being compared
To examine the filenames and paths for the selected files, with the compared units displayed in Rhapsody DiffMerge, choose .
About this task
The Compared Units tab is available on the Output window. This tab shows the following information:
- The paths and file names of the selected units. You can confirm if you have selected the correct files.
- In the Alias column, notice the alias assigned to each unit.
- Notice the "Base" alias, which shows the base unit selected. You can confirm if the base unit choice is correct for the comparison of the other two units.
You can choose at any time to see the files being compared.
