Creating use cases

A use case is displayed in a use case diagram as an oval containing a name.

1. Click the Use Case button .
2. Click once in the diagram or click-and-drag with the mouse to draw a use case of a specific size. By default, the use case is named usecasen, where n is an integer greater than or equal to 0.
3. If wanted, edit the default name and press Enter.

Results

The new use case is displayed in both the use-case diagram and the browser. The browser icon for a use case is an oval.
