<a href="$OPEN_HELP_TOPIC: -topic/com.ibm.rhp.overview.doc/topics/rhp_c_po_rr_prod_overview.html">Overview of IBM Engineering Systems Design Rhapsody</a>

After you add this command to the documentation path, it will navigate context-sensitive help for the referred link. For more information about Rhapsody help configuration, see Help content configuration.

Limitations

The following issues in this release do not have workarounds.
Table 2. List of limitations
Defect ID Description
287824 Problem: Animated versions of panel diagrams can become distorted for some controls during model execution, rendering them unreadable.
288505 Problem: On a system that does not already have the MSVC 2015-2022 redistributable installed (for example, most Windows 10 systems), when you install Rhapsody, the installer installs both the 32 bit and 64-bit versions of the MSVC redistributable installed with Rhapsody.

However, after one of the versions is installed, that is 32 bit or 64 bit, the Rhapsody installer stops and prompts the user to restart the computer. If the user clicks Yes, the computer restarts immediately. If the user clicks No, the installer closes. Only when both the 32 bit and 64-bit versions of the MSVC redistributable are installed, then Rhapsody installs.

Note: When both the 32 bit and 64-bit versions of the MSVC redistributable are installed, multiple restart doesn’t occur.
289094

Problem: The drag-and-drop function, where you can create OSLC links from a web browser to the model browser tree in Rhapsody, is supported on Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome browsers only.

The drag-and-drop function doesn't work in the following scenarios:
  • You try to drop links when Rhapsody or web-based application is in Admin mode.
  • You try to drop links by using a virtual machine from Mozilla Firefox browser.
