Creating custom Rhapsody workspaces

When you open a project in Rhapsody® , you can open it without loading the units already in the project. In this way, you can create a custom workspace for the project that has only the units you want.

1. Open the project. Select File > Open.
2. In the Look in field, browse to the location of the project, and then highlight the .rpy file.
3. Select the Without Subunits radio button.
   This selection prevents the product from loading any project units. All project units load as stubs.
4. Click Open.
   The project file opens with no units loaded. This empty project acts as a starting point for you to create your workspace.
5. Add units to your workspace to customize it for your needs.
