Review common error messages to diagnose issues in Engineering Assistant.

When these errors occur, you’ll see the corresponding messages displayed in the user interface. Each message includes a description and troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the issue.

Error message Description Troubleshooting

Internal server error.

Internal server error. Something went wrong while processing your request on the server.

Possible causes:
  • AI Hub supervisor agent error
  • RM-AI agent error
  • Authentication issue

Get the logs and contact to your administrator. For more information, see:

Requested agent not found.

The agent name was not passed correctly.

No licenses available. Try again later or contact your administrator.

License allocation failed.

Get the logs and contact to your administrator. For more information, see:

Request timed out. Try again later.

The request could not be completed because the widget did not respond within the expected time.

Possible causes:
  • Delay in AI Hub supervisor agent response
  • Delay in RM-AI agent response
  • Too many requests sent to the agent

Try again after some time.
