Viewing usage metrics to understand how many work units are consumed by Engineering AI Hub agents and MCP tools.

About this task

Use the My usage page to track how work units are allocated and consumed during your interactions with the Engineering AI Hub. This page helps you understand your daily budget, monitor current usage, and anticipate remaining capacity so that you can plan your work effectively.

Procedure

Log in to the Engineering AI Hub console.
1. Open the Engineering AI Hub console using the URL provided by your system administrator:
  https://<aihub-hostname>/admin
2. Enter your User ID and Password and sign in to access the Home Dashboard.
  Note:
  - The Engineering AIHub console user ID must be registered and available within the Jazz Authorization Server (JAS) environment.
  - Your session remains active as long as your authentication token is valid. If you cannot sign in, contact your system administrator.
Open the Home page.
In the My usage tab, review the usage metrics that are displayed.

Allocated budget

The total number of work units available for use each day. The daily budget resets automatically every 24 hours.

Total spend

The number of work units used so far today. This value is also expressed as a percentage of the daily budget.

Remaining budget

The number of work units still available for the current day. This value is calculated as the daily budget minus the daily spend.

Usage Breakdown

A visual summary showing how work units are consumed by AI hub agents and MCP tools across different usage categories and how much of the daily budget remains.
