Configuring IBM Common Licensing server

Configure the IBM Common Licensing Server so that users can check out the tokens before they analyze the designs or models.

Before you begin

Install IBM Common Licensing server. For more information, see Installing IBM Common Licensing and IBM Common Licensing overview. The supported IBM Common Licensing server versions is 9.0.0.2 and later.

Note: Ensure that the required license server and vendor ports are opened if any firewall rules or organizational cluster egress policies exist between IBM Engineering AI Hub and the IBM Common Licensing Server environment.

Procedure

Obtain license keys with IBM License Key Center.
Import a license key file in the license key administrator.

Results

You can acquire the IBM Engineering AI Hub license from the available pool. Ensure that you get license server, host and port.
