Creating the instance

Note: Do not create the EngineeringAIHub instance in the operator namespace. Create a dedicated namespace and use it to deploy the EngineeringAIHub instance to ensure better separation of concerns and easier management. Additionally, ensure that the application secret, image pull secret, and TLS secrets are created within this new namespace.
