Administering application URLs
The Application Management page provides a central location for configuring the URLs that Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools and Engineering AI Hub agents use to connect to Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) applications.
Administrators can define and maintain endpoints for supported ELM components, including Jazz Team Server (JTS), Requirements Management (RM), Change and Configuration Management (CCM), Quality Management (QM), and Architecture Management (AM).
- In Engineering AI Hub 1.3, only one instance of each ELM application type can be configured.
- The Jazz Team Server (JTS) URL is mandatory.
- All other application URLs are optional.
- The Architecture Management (AM) application URL must be the Rhapsody Systems Engineering URL.
The URLs must be accurate and up to date for reliable integrations. Incorrect or outdated URLs can prevent MCP tools and agents from accessing ELM data and services, resulting in failed requests and unavailable functionality.

- Search for specific ELM applications by name
- Edit existing application URLs
- Ensure MCP tools and agents connect to the correct ELM endpoints
