You can use the Eclipse client to customize the Work Items
component to include specific types of work items and to support the
development process that your team follows.

Other than work item categories, you customize most aspects
of the Work Items component by using the Configuration
Data Work Items editors available
from the Process Configuration tab of the project
area. You customize categories by using the Work Item Categories tab
in the project area editor. To customize work items, you might define
a state transition model, add priority and severity levels, require
that users provide values for specific attributes, or add predefined
queries.Attention: Each work item type can support up
to 100 custom attributes.
