Learn how to administer Rational® Engineering Lifecycle Manager.

After you install Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager, you run the setup wizard to set up your database, to configure email settings and the user registry, and to register applications. The wizard detects and allows you to set up the applications that you have just installed. If you want to make any changes after setup is complete, you can return to the wizard and start over.

When you exit the setup wizard, the Server Administration page opens. On this page you can perform further administrative tasks such as, managing the server, users, and licenses.
