The Data Virtualization Manager Web UI is a browser-based user interface that enables you to create metadata for accessing the mainframe data. Using the Web UI, you can perform the following functions on the Data Virtualization Manager server:

• Create objects, such as virtual tables and views for data sources

• Execute queries using the appropriate server and virtual tables/virtual views

• Explore for objects on a specific server
