AVZ4143T ENCRYPTION METHOD CANNOT BE NEGOTIATED, DIFFIE-HELLMAN KEY EXCHANGE FAILED, BIND REJECTED

Explanation
  This message is sent to client's when the requested
key exchange and  encryption method cannot be successfully negotiated
at the host due to failure  of the Diffie-Hellman key exchange routine
to calculate a valid shared  secret.
User response
 The host rejects the encryption method  requested
by the client. The client may continue without encryption or may 
terminate the session.
