Displaying error logs

Error logs for the tape library and for the installed drives are retrieved using the management GUI.

To collect library logs, go to the management GUI. Select Export Library Logs.

To collect drive logs, go to the management GUI. Select Drives > Drives. Select the drive, and then select Export Service Logs.
