Explanation

Warning. The program attempted to CONNECT through DRDA to the system at loc but was unable to do so. Possible causes might be improper binding of the Remote Package, improper binding of the local plan (not including the correct PKLIST) or the DDF address space of the Remote facility might be down (this would generate a -30080 SQLCODE on the call). SQL PA attempts to run the SQL on the local processor, under the subsystem ID ssid. The SQLCODE returned by the error is also displayed.
