The O* command shortcut displays a list of all DSC
permanent OLISTs.

This command shortcut has no operand.
Usage notes
- You can enter O* at any time from any panel.
- The displayed list includes PUBLIC, PRIVATE, and READONLY OLISTs.
- You can open any OLIST from this display.
