TSO dynamic STEPLIB facility
The TSO Dynamic STEPLIB Facility can be used instead of the DD names STEPLIB and ISPLLIB in the TSO logon procedure to point to the DSC LPA load library (SIQILPA) and the DSC load library (SIQILOAD).
