with an OPTIONS string including multiple MEMRULE= keywords in the IEBCOPY compatible
parameter-list.

Look at the messages in the job log for more information. Search problem
reporting data bases for a fix to the problem. Ensure that the application that invokes IQIBUTIL
follows the IEBCOPY compatible parameter-list structure as described in SYS1.MACLIB(IEBCPARM). If no
fix exists, contact the IBM Support Center. Provide the JCL and all printed output and output data
sets related to the problem.
